Race Equity & Inclusion

For many generations, individuals of color have faced systemic racism and prejudice, resulting in unfair treatment that persists today. This demographic often experiences disparities in healthcare quality, frequently enduring inadequate pain management while receiving less attentive care compared to their counterparts. These biases and historical injustices contribute to a pattern of substandard treatment. We are committed to advocating against these inequities and promoting initiatives aimed at educating our community about their rights and empowering them to effectively voice their concerns.

Our Program

  • Protesters holding signs with messages against racism, including "Stop Racism," next to a text panel about racial equity and organizational advocacy efforts.
